YAPILIŞI:

Kahveyi su ile en büyük kahve gümgümüne alın. Kömür ateşi üzerinde kaynamaya bırakın. Kaynamaya başlayınca 5-10 dakika daha ateşte tutun. Ateşten alıp, 2-3 dakika dinlendirin. Büyük gümgümden orta gümgüme yavaş yavaş süzerek alın. Orta gümgümde tekrar ateşte kaynamaya bırakın. 15-20 dakika daha bekletin ve ateşten çekin. 4-5 dakika dinlendirin. Orta gümgümden küçük gümgüme yavaş yavaş süzün. Küçük gümgümü ateşte kaynamaya brakın. Kaynamaya başlayınca 15-20 dakika bekletin. Ateşten alarak 2-3 dakika dinlendirin. Dilerseniz, arzu ettiğiniz miktarda kakule ilave edin. Kulpsuz fincanlarda 2-3 yudum olacak kadar az ikram edin.
