Tereyağının yarısını tencerede eritin. Eritilmiş yağa salça, tuz ve pul biber ilave edin. Bu karışıma 3 bardak su ile fasulyeyi ekleyin ve kaynatın. Kaynadıktan sonra bulguru ilave edin. Kısık ateşte suyunu çekene kadar pişirin. Servis yaparken üzerine erimiş tereyağı ve sarmısak dökün.
