Etlerin suyunu bırakıncaya kadar kavurun. Küp şeklinde küçük küçük doğradığınız soğanları ilave ederek kavurma işlemine devam edin. Saçları da ekleyip kavurun. En son olarak su ilave ederek 45 dakika pişirin. Bu sürenin sonunda firik, bulgur ve nohudu da ilave ederek suyunu çekinceye kadar pişirin. Bu pilavı isterseniz tandırda pişen etle de servis yapabilirsiniz.
