Ilık su, maya, tozşeker, sıvıyağ, un, tuz ve zeytini genişçe bir kaba alıp iyice yoğurun. Mayalanması için, üzerini nemli bir bezle örterek yaklaşık 15-20 dakika bekletin. Daha sonra hamuru ikiye bölün. Yağlanmış iki ayrı kalıba hamurları yayın. 200 derece fırında yaklaşık 1 saat pişirin. Dilimleyerek servis yapın.
