PREPARATION:Wheat and chickpea wash, and soak in water for 2-3 hours, drain. In a saucepan pour water, add 4 cups of wheat and chickpeas, bring to a boil, continue cooking on low heat for 1 hour, then add salt and mint, stir and allow to cool. Yogurt 2 cups water and mix thoroughly (until a homogeneous mass) and add to the pot, stir and cool to submit on the table.
